Deadline for applications – 15 June 2021
1) Apply by completing the online application form found HERE If you are not able to make an online application, or have any questions email email@example.com for instructions to pay by bank transfer.
2) Once you complete the online application and make a full payment, you are registered to the programme.
3) Although the application deadline is the 15 June 2021 we encourage students to secure their place in the workshop by signing up as soon as possible.
4) All participants travelling from abroad are responsible for securing any visa required, and are advised to contact their home embassy early. After payment of fees, the AA School can provide a letter confirming participation in the workshop.
The AA Visiting School requires a fee of £755 for students, which includes a £60 Visiting membership fee.
Should you wish to enhance your membership, a Subscribing Membership is available at an additional £70 (£130 in total), full details of which can be found at the AA Membership Website
If you are already a member, the total fee will be reduced automatically by £60 if you put in your membership details during registration. Fees are non refundable.
The workshop is open to candidates of all backgrounds and levels of education including current students, phd candidates and young professionals. Those with a background in architecture, media, filmmaking, art and design will find direct relevance to their own work.
The workshop will be conducted in English and a basic to moderate level of comprehension is recommended. Students who speak the language of the location we are visiting are welcome to join as we often need interpreters.
None, however experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Rhinoceros and Final Cut Pro is a plus.
Upon successful completion of the workshop, participants will be awarded a certificate from the Architectural Association endorsed by the directors of the programme.
